My Motivation To Lose Weight | 5 Ways To Say NO To A Binge | Day 45 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

5 ways to say no to a bingeOne of the biggest saboteurs of our weight loss goals is the urge to binge, so I’ve come up with “5 Ways To Say NO To A Binge,” kick it to the curb and kiss it’s sorry @r$e goodbye!

Sometimes you just can’t get a certain “naughty” food out of your mind. The more you think about it, the more you want it. And oh how easy it is just to give in and go for it.

We say all sorts of things to ourselves don’t we? “Oh it’s just one bite,” “It won’t kill me,” “Where’s the harm really?”

And sure, it may just be one bite, and it won’t kill you but it will severely harm your chances of sticking to your game plan. If you’re reaching for a goal, any one of these 3 thoughts will put distance between you and your goals.

If you think for a minute I don’t understand what it’s like to have this inner conflict, think again.

I suffered from bulimia for over 10 years and I know what it’s like to have this war of conflicting words going on in my head. One day I’ll really delve into this experience. It was so soul destroying. The deception, the hiding, the feelings of self-loathing, the insatiable desire to binge which turns into revulsion and purging. I know what it means to be held ransom to my cravings.5 ways to say no to a binge

But somewhere along the way it has to stop. If you’re caught up in a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting, deprivation and bingeing, highs and lows, weight loss and weight gain, self loving and self loathing, it has to stop somewhere, sometime.

And this is where a bit of tough love needs to come in. I can give you the 5 ways to say NO to a binge, but you’ve got to go through a boot camp first.

And that boot camp is about getting back to nature. You have to let your body rid itself of all the toxins it’s built up and let it know that you’re on a new, healthy, wholesome path.

So, before I give you the 5 ways to say NO to a binge, you need to do something first.

You need to commit for 2 weeks, to eat nothing but natural foods.

If you don’t know what natural foods are, here’s a general guideline for you to get an idea:

Proteins: Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Red Meat (if you must, only 2-3 times per week), Tuna, Salmon, Tofu, Egg Whites, Soy products.

Carbs: Whole grain Bread, Bagels, Cereal, Pasta & Pita, Oats, Beans, CousCous, Hummus, Lentils, Quinoa, Brown Rice.

Veges: Anything! And I mean anything! If God made it, you can eat it!

Fruits: Anything! Again, if God made it, you can eat it!

Fats: Avocado, Flaxseed Oil, Olive Oil

Dairy: Skim Milk, Lo-Fat Natural Yogurt, Goat Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Soy Cheese

Snacks: Nuts, Dried Fruit, Rice Cakes, Peanut Butter, No Added Sugar Jam, Honey

Drinks: Natural Mineral Water, Green Tea, Black Tea, Coffee (with skim milk only)

Sweetener: Stevia and honey only.

I don’t care how much you eat of this stuff. Your first 2 weeks isn’t about losing weight. Your first 2 weeks is about learning how to eat naturally again. About giving your body a chance to get back on the right path.

And this is where the magic happens. After 2 weeks, your cravings for the bad stuff will be gone! You’ll be on such a natural high from getting rid of the toxins that kept you lethargic and miserable that you won’t want to go back to the way you were eating before.

So if you can do that for 2 weeks, then avoiding a binge becomes so much easier, because you’ve removed the toxins that made you crave the junk in the first place. Eating sugar makes you crave sugar.

5 ways to say no to a bingeI can’t eat one chocolate. Once I start I have to eat the whole thing. Whatever it is, a bag of cookies, a whole slab of chocolate … whatever form it came in I have to eat the whole thing. Why? Because I’ve excited something in my system that needs more of it. For me sugar is like a narcotic. It’s highly addictive. So I know that I just have to say “NO” anytime I’m offered something sugary.

And have you ever noticed how some people get offended when you knock back their sugary creations? Man that makes me so mad. They make me feel guilty because I choose to respect my health. I know how bad sugar is, so why would I consume it? Don’t get guilted into eating other people’s toxic creations. And that’s how you’ve got to look at it. It’s just a big pile of toxic sugar that is standing between you and your goal.

If you go natural for 2 weeks believe me when I tell you this, saying “NO” becomes really easy. You just won’t feel like it! So what’s out?

ABSOLUTE NO-NO’S!

Alcohol, sugar, white flour, cream, and anything with ingredients you can’t pronounce. Think of it this way, if it comes wrapped in plastic, there’s a good chance it’s on the NO-NO list!

Now that we’ve got that sorted here are 5 ways to say NO a binge:

  1. Get busy. When the urge to binge hits, normally it’s when we’re bored. So get busy. Whether it’s doing housework, or running errands … get moving and distract yourself until the urge passes – and it will.
  2. Read a book or magazine. I find reading a book or magazine really helps when I’m feeling a little weak. It’s a great distraction and sometimes you find material in magazines that seem to just hit the right spot and uplift you and keep you focused on your goals.
  3. Pick up the phone. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve picked up the phone and called a girlfriend when I’ve felt low. Sometimes all it took was a quick 10 minute call to get me out of my funk. So make sure you have someone you can call in a time of need, a support group, a family member, a BFF … just someone who knows you, loves you and supports your goals.
  4. Work out when you tend to feel like bingeing the most and make sure you have that time period covered by an activity outside the house. Take up a class – dance, art, reading, yoga, tai chi, anything that will get you inspired and out of the house at a time that normally sees you at your weakest.
  5. Just think about your goals and ask yourself if this binge is really worth it. How will you feel after the binge? Guilty? Depressed? Sometimes it’s so hard to come back from a binge. From my experience, a binge would lead to a downward spiral of self loathing. I had to break that cycle. And it became as simple as just saying “NO.”

Take these 5 ways to say no to a binge to heart. They work. I know they do because they’re what I’ve been using to get through the past 45 days.

My Motivation To Lose Weight | Everything You Know About Dieting Is Wrong | Day 44 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

motivation to lose weightMy motivation to lose weight, to prove that diets don’t work and that there is a better way to lose weight and keep it off forever is getting scientific backing.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read this headline: Scientists say, “Total Rethink Needed On Dieting.”

Duh!!! Diets don’t work. Does it really take the scientific community to point this out???

Just look around. The multibillion dollar weight loss industry has failed us because they have a vested interest in keeping us fat! They know that deprivation and complication don’t work, but their marketing is so darned good, we eat it all up don’t we?

As soon as we hear those hypnotic words; Easy Weight Loss, Lose Weight Fast, How To Lose 10lbs In 7 Days we get sucked into the promises that this time it will be different, this time I can do it, this is the diet that’s going to work.

But the reality prevails: DIETS DON’T WORK. Deprivation doesn’t work. Complication doesn’t work.

Here’s an excerpt from the article I was reading:

VANCOUVER, Canada (AFP) – “‘Everything you know about dieting is wrong,’ say US scientists who have devised a new formula for calculating calories and weight loss that they hope will revolutionize the way people tackle obesity.

Obesity rates have doubled worldwide in the past 30 years, coinciding with a growing food surplus, and the ensuing epidemic has sparked a multibillion dollar weight loss industry that has largely failed to curb the problem.”

If you want to read the entire article click this link – Scientists say “Total Rethink Needed On Dieting”.

So what does work then?

If you’ve been reading my blog posts you already know my thoughts on this.

If you seriously want to lose weight and keep it off forever, it only takes 5 steps.

  1. Find an empowering motivation to lose weight that is invincible.
  2. Get moving. Find an exercise you like/love to do. That’s the only way you’ll stick to it. For some ideas read “But I HATE Exercise!”
  3. Change your eating habits. Throw out the junk. To keep it real simple, “If God didn’t make it – don’t eat it.” Junk food will keep you fat. There’s no way around it. It’s bad for you, your body can’t process it, it’s toxic and will always land on your hips and keep you miserable.
  4. Throw away the bathroom scales, the tape measure, the calorie counter, the food scales, the diet books, the gurus and the gadgets.
  5. And get real with yourself. Get very honest with yourself. Make sure you understand why you’re doing this and how much it means to you. It has to be important to you. If it’s not, you won’t stick to it.

Of all the steps listed above, if you can just find an empowering, unwavering, invincible motivation to lose weight, you will conquer everything that stands between you and your goal. I promise you. But you have to find it first. Dig deep.

Good luck. I know how difficult this journey is.

My Motivation To Lose Weight | Results After 6 Weeks of Focus | Day 43 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

Finding my  motivation to lose weight meant digging deeper than I’d ever dug before to find the root cause of why I have always failed in the past.

I came up with two shocking revelations:

  1. I never believed I could really do it; that the results I craved were only possible for other people and not me, and
  2. I never felt I was worthy of the results.

So this time around, my motivation to lose weight came out of anger actually. Angry that for all these years I had harbored such low self esteem and had sacrificed so much happiness because of it. And angry that I never believed I had it in me to be slim.

The stories we tell ourselves are so powerful. We really have to watch the conversations that go on inside our head.

For me, I’ve had to change the way my internal dialogue works. And this is why having an Affirmations Notebook and repeating my affirmations daily is so important. It keeps me engaged with my goals, and keeps the energy surrounding my goals alive and active in the universe.

I wanted to show you today, what 6 weeks of pure focus, and utter belief looks like.

This is me at the beginning. Protruding belly, rolls around the hips and mid-section. And look at me today. I didn’t even know that an exercise top could be loose. For me this is more motivating than any reading on a scale or any tape measurement. I can look in the mirror and SEE the difference. They say seeing is believing. I can see my results with my own two eyes. I don’t need any bathroom scales to tell me how I look.

P90X Week 7

I show you these results not to promote P90X, but to promote the concept that with belief, focus and massive action you CAN get the results you want.

Do I feel like exercising every day? Heck no. Do I do it every day anyway? Heck yeah!

Why? Because I know the only way I’m going to get the results I want is by taking massive action daily, changing my behaviors and committing to a healthy lifestyle that is permanent, not a flash in the pan latest diet craze.

If you’re struggling to find a motivation to lose weight that will truly inspire you, leave a comment below and maybe we can work together on it.

Take care and I wish you all the best on your journey.

My Motivation To Lose Weight | Rest And Reflection – No Excuses | Day 42 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

motivation to lose weightWell it’s been 7 weeks now, I’m still on track, my motivation to lose weight is as strong as ever and I have a new mantra: NO EXCUSES!

I’ve stuck to my chosen eating plan which consists of my original mantra, “If God didn’t make it, don’t eat it,”  I’ve exercised 6 days per week and I haven’t weighed or measured myself or my food once.

I’m doing this on my terms, my way and I’ve thrown all the diets and diet paraphernalia in the trash. This time around, I’m going natural all the way. No diet scams and no rubbish exercise gadgets.

And the ultimate key to my success this time around is my motivation to lose weight and NO EXCUSES! For the first time ever, I have found a motivation to lose weight that is stronger than any distraction life can throw at me and I am making NO EXCUSES!

And here’s a pearl of wisdom that I’ve learned in the past 7 weeks that I want to share with you.

If you’ve set yourself a goal that you’ll exercise “x” amount per week, whether it be 3 x per week, or 6 x per week, it’s not OK to  miss a day. And here’s why.

When you make an excuse as to why you’re not going to exercise today; it’s too hot, too cold, too wet, too windy or you just don’t feel like it, that excuse is like a small chip in your windscreen. It may not seem like a big deal today. But what happens the next time you just don’t feel quite right and you say, “Oh, I’ll make it up tomorrow.”

What happens is, that chip in the windscreen splinters off just a bit more. And then a few days pass and again, you don’t quite feel like it. Well that small chip in the windscreen is now a lightning bolt blurring everything in sight. And that’s how it is with your exercise.

When you allow yourself to quit just a little bit, it can so easily manifest into failure.

So, it’s not OK to miss a day. NO EXCUSES! You must commit to stick to the goals you’ve set for yourself. No-one can do this for you but YOU!

If you haven’t seen this already you need to watch this.

How bad do you want to get in the best shape of your life? Do you want it bad enough that you won’t let excuses get in your way, or do you only kinda want it? If you only kinda want to get in the best shape of your life, you will never do what it takes to get there.

You see, the stuff worth having takes sacrifice. It’s takes guts, it takes commitment, and it means that sometimes you’re going to have to do stuff you don’t want to do.

Now, I’ve not felt like doing my workout routine every day, 6 days per week. Sometimes I’ve procrastinated so bad that I’ve given myself a migraine with my inner good voice fighting my evil bad voice. But the good voice always prevail because at the end of the day I want this so bad and my motivation to lose weight is invincible and I will not make any excuses!

I have something to prove this time around. I’m going to prove once and for all that diets don’t work and I’m going to prove that by getting in the best shape of my life by NOT dieting.

So follow along with me here as I unlock the REAL SECRETS to losing weight that the diet industry doesn’t want you to know about.

The first thing you need to find however, is an invincible, unstoppable, motivation to lose weight. You have to want this more than you’ve ever wanted anything in your life. As we progress we’ll work together and discover what truly motivates you and get you moving towards your destiny of being in the best shape of your life.

I promise you, if I can do this, anyone can do this. I’ve been trying to lose the same 50lbs for 33 years and it has kept me more miserable than I can put into words. This journey is for anyone who has ever felt defeated at the hands of the diet industry. There IS a better way to lose weight and keep it off forever. Follow me here … we can do this together. But remember, NO EXCUSES!

P.S. Check out my first blog where I reveal many of my disastrous and sometimes downright humiliating efforts to lose weight. I’ve tried them all plus some!

My Motivation To Lose Weight | Eat To Lose Weight With Chicken Curry For The Soul

eat to lose weightYou have to eat to lose weight. There’s no way around it. It’s WHAT you eat that matters.

I love Chicken Curry. I crave it. So when I took on my P90X 90 day challenge, the idea of going without Chicken Curry for that long seemed a little harsh.

And for me, that’s the number one reason diets don’t work. Because the minute you think about going on one, all you can think about is all the things you have to go without. You have to eat to lose weight, and preferably you have to eat what you LIKE to lose weight.

So the purpose of today’s post is to reinforce to you that you need to eat to lose weight. You need healthy, nutritious foods that will nourish your body and excite your taste buds and keep you engaged in the process of getting into the best shape of your life.

So basically I needed to find a way that I could incorporate Chicken Curry into my eating program.

And this is what I came up with.

So if you’re currently looking for new and exciting ways you can excite your taste buds on your weight loss program, check this out.

“Chicken Curry For The Soul”

Ingredients (for 1person)

1 chicken breast, cut into cubes no bigger than 1cm

My Motivation To Lose Weight | A Compelling Vision | Day 39 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

motivation to lose weightIt is only with a compelling vision that anything is accomplished in life; whether it be sending a man to the moon, inventing the automobile or finding your motivation to lose weight. It all comes down to a compelling vision.

So what compelling vision do you have for yourself?

Where do you see yourself in 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 5 years, or even 10 years from now?

Do you still want to be where you are right now? Or do you want more out of life?

If you want more out of life and you believe your weight is holding you back believe me when I say this: Your lack of a compelling vision of where you want to be is the only thing stopping you getting what you want in life.

No-one can stop you reaching your goals except you. Only you have the power to stop you.

If you want to turn your life around, start by visualizing the life you want to be leading.

I have a little notebook that holds all of my visualizations. They’re all stated in the present tense as if they are already present in my life, and they are all stated in the positive.

Do you have your visualizations written down yet? Do you re-write them every day to keep them alive?

You must. And the reason you must is so very simple. When you write your visualizations in the present tense you give them energy. And this energy goes out into the Universe and the Universe rearranges itself to make your visualizations real.

Let me give you an example of how this works.

Do you know anyone who is always totally miserable, and moans and groans about everything? Nothing pleases these people. Have you noticed how they always seem to attract rotten luck? They can never find a park, they’re always getting over-taxed and if a bird is going to poop on anyone’s head it has to be theirs!

That’s because the Universe is giving them exactly what they’re focussing on. If they’re focussing on everything being awful, then a whole lot of awful is what they’re going to keep getting. Its called the Law of Attraction.

And have you noticed how Little Miss Sunshine who walks around all day with a bounce in her step and believes the world is a beautiful and bountiful place always seems to experience the best luck ever? She always lands the job she wants, she always gets the guy she wants, and her souffles never flop! Again, that’s the Law of Attraction. The Universe is giving her exactly what she’s focussing on.

So why should it be any different with getting in the best shape of your life?

If you have a compelling vision of how you want to be, and you keep focussing on that daily, then why would the Law of Attraction not apply to you too?

motivation to lose weight
My Motivation To Lose Weight

If you’ve been following my blog posts I wrote a ridiculous one earlier on about how one of my motivations to lose weight was to look like Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. I seriously thought it was quite ridiculous, however, that’s what I wanted. If you want to read that post, click here.

So I wrote it in my Affirmations Notebook, I stuck a picture of her on my fridge, and I loaded another one of her as my screen saver. She’s around me all day long.

Well, here’s the crazy thing. I’m not even half way through my 90 day challenge and my stomach is starting to look like Lara Croft’s. I can see the abs forming. And my arms are starting to get ripped.

Now I’ll be the first to admit, I still have a long way to go before I look anything like my idol on the fridge. However, the fact that I can even see a hint of what I’ve been focussing on excites me to push a little harder, go a little longer, jump a little higher.

The Universe is giving me what I am putting energy into. That’s how the Law of Attraction works. Whatever it is that you want, just focus on it with all your heart and soul, with pure intentions and it will manifest in your life.

So find your motivation to lose weight, and create a compelling vision of how your life is by having achieved your goal.

My Motivation To Lose Weight | Man Eats Heart Attack Burger | Day 38 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

motivation to lose weight
Heart Attack Grill

I just don’t get this … I really don’t.

There’s a restaurant in Vegas called the Heart Attack Grill where a single meal can exceed 8,000 calories, and customers weighing in at over 350 pounds (159kg) eat for free. They have “Bypass Burgers” and “Flatliner Fries”. Is this supposed to be funny?

A guy eating a “Triple Bypass Burger” apparently suffered a heart attack. Read the story here.

How did we ever become so casual about our health? There is a huge mind body disconnect going on around us and it’s so sad.

Our food is so toxic and so addictive that for some of us, breaking that addiction is all too hard.

I want you to meet Lisa …

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0fISI7tYPE&feature=related

We all have to dig deep to find our motivation to lose weight. For some of us, it may not be that we do it for ourselves, for some of us it may be that we do it for others. They say that a person will do more for someone they love than they will ever do for themselves.

If you haven’t found your motivation to lose weight yet, could it be that you don’t think you’re worthy of it?

I know that’s how I felt for a long time. I’ll get into that story one day …

In the meantime, if you haven’t found your motivation to lose weight yet, then how about looking around you at those you love and see if you can’t find a motivation to lose weight that will benefit them.

My Motivation To Lose Weight | How To Lose Weight Without … | Day 37 of P90X 90 Day Challenge

Does the mere thought of going on a diet fill you will dread because up until now you haven’t known how to lose weight without giving up good stuff? Because going on a diet has always been about deprivation in some shape or form?

If you’re nodding your head right now, then I want to reach out to you and promise you that there is a way to lose weight once and for all that won’t have you focussing on all the things you have to give up, but instead will have you focussing on all the things you enjoy.

So let’s get started on a short list of how to lose weight without doing stupid stuff.

How To Lose Weight Without Dieting

how to lose weight withoutAs soon as I hear the word diet, all I think about is, “What do I have to give up?”

I don’t believe in dieting any more. I don’t think it’s natural and I don’t think it works. For goodness sakes, if diets worked I wouldn’t still be trying to lose the same 50lbs for the past 33 years! They don’t work because all you’re thinking about when you’re on a diet is all of the yummy stuff you want to eat when you get to your goal weight. The problem with this is, if and when you do get to goal, if you go back to your old eating patterns, you’re simply heading back in the same direction you’ve just come from.

I’ve always wanted to know how to lose weight without dieting so I started to look into this subject seriously. What I discovered was eye-opening.

I learned that I had to learn to think about food differently. I had to start looking at food as a way to nourish my body – not attack it. I had to look at everything I was putting into my mouth and ask myself, is this a healthy fuel or a toxic waste?

Remember, EVERYTHING you put in your body has to be processed by your body. If you put in JUNK, your body is going to turn it into JUNK on your HIPS. As always, I am over simplifying things here because I don’t believe this is a complicated subject.

You are what you eat. It’s as simple as that.

So throw away the junk and start looking at healthy proteins, veges, fruits, nuts and legumes as your fuel source.

I promise you, if you can just throw away the JUNK for TWO weeks, you’ll FEEL the difference in your body. I won’t lie to you, if you’re heavily addicted to chemically laden toxic food it’s not going to be easy for the first two weeks. But you have to decide how bad you want your goal. Do you want to lose weight bad enough that you’re prepared to change the way you eat? Because if you’re not prepared to change, nothing in your life will change.

For things to change, first you must change.

How To Lose Weight Without Depriving Yourself

Deprivation diets work for a short period of time. They work for as long as you can handle the deprivation.

But here’s the problem with deprivation diets. When you’re on one, all you can think about is everything you can’t eat. Sure they’re a great way to lose weight fast and get instant results. But if you haven’t learned any new behaviors whilst on your deprivation diet you’re in for a load of trouble when you come off it.

Case in point, Oprah. Check this post out and see how Oprah felt after losing 67lbs using a deprivation diet only to put it all back on again PLUS SOME!!!

It makes far more sense to learn how to eat delicious foods that taste good, provide nourishment, eliminate toxic food cravings and help you lose weight whilst you eat them. Doesn’t it???

How To Lose Weight Without Being Miserablehow to lose weight without

Most diets make you miserable don’t they? You can’t have this, you can’t have that, you can’t go here and there …

How is this a recipe for success? It’s NOT!!! And that’s why diets don’t work!!!

You’ve got to find a way to lose weight that you can fit into your lifestyle that makes you happy whilst you’re doing it!

When you choose to eat natural foods you can go anywhere you want, whenever you want. Check this out … your husband wants to take you out for a romantic dinner and you’re on a deprivation diet. Do you say, “Sure … let’s go and I’ll pack a shake!” NO!!! What do you say instead, “Don’t you know I’m on diet??? How inconsiderate of you!”

No wonder diets don’t work. Even the husbands don’t want a bar of it.

But if you’re eating from nature the whole menu opens up to you.

In this day and age of food intolerances and allergies, restaurants have wizened up to the fact that they need to be accommodating to special food requests. So you can order fish, chicken or beef with all the sauces on the side if you wish. There’s always the option of a green side salad and most times even steamed veges on the side. You can go out and eat healthy.

So why say no to a romantic gesture, just because you’re on a diet? Doesn’t make sense and it doesn’t work.

So if you’re trying to work out how to lose weight without being miserable, simply adopt a healthy eating plan that fits in with your life. There are so many healthy food options to choose from that will keep you and your taste buds delighted whilst you lose weight.

How To Lose Weight Without Saying No To Life

Say yes to life. You’re going to be living it for a long time so you’re going to have to find a way to adopt a healthy lifestyle if you really want to lose weight and keep it off forever.

The family wants to go away for a week and all you can think of is, “But I have to do my exercise routine, and I have to eat my pre-packaged foods.” That doesn’t sound like fun, does it?

I get that you want to stick to your diet and exercise routine, but should going away for a week really put such a spanner in the works? No it shouldn’t.

So you can’t do the workouts you’d normally do for a week. So what! Pack your running shoes and go for a 45min walk each day. It may be a nice break in routine for your body and you! See different sights. Walk a different path. It’s good for you.

And when it comes to eating, well if you’re eating from nature that’s never going to be a problem.

How To Lose Weight Without Going Crazy

By adopting a method of losing weight that’s natural and can easily be incorporated into your lifestyle, you’re not going to go crazy. Because this will BE your life, FOR life. Dieters go crazy when they go against nature. It’s as simple as that. So if you really want to know how to lose weight without going crazy, just try going natural for 2 weeks. That’s all I ask.

If you’re overweight and miserable and you’re addicted to JUNK food, you’ve got to understand that it’s the toxic chemicals in the foods you’re eating that are making you overweight and miserable. Again, this is not rocket science here.

Addiction to junk food is not that dissimilar to other addictions. You’ve got to break the pattern.

In Conclusion

I’m not an expert by any means in the field of nutrition or exercise. But I do have 33 years of experience in the diet industry. I’ve been a guinea pig to every diet ever created. If you want to see a few that I’ve done check out my first post.

What I want for you, from the bottom of my heart is to help you find your motivation to lose weight and keep it off forever. You have all you need inside of you right now to make a decision. A decision that you don’t want to live like this any more. You have to make a decision to make the necessary changes in your life in order for you to be happy.
