Here’s my Flat Belly Diet.
1) Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime.
Your body needs time to digest it’s food. If you eat too late at night you’re putting too much stress on your digestive system and not giving it a chance to work right.
2) Speed up your metabolism.
By adding spices such as cinnamon, chili and cayenne pepper to your foods, you are naturally stoking your furnace.
3) Eat low-fat natural yogurt.
Adding low-fat natural yogurt to your diet has been proven in clinical studies to get rid of belly fat.
According to WebMD Health News, “adding yogurt to your diet may rev up your body’s fat-burning engines, speed weight loss, and trim your tummy … Researchers found that obese adults who ate three servings of fat-free yogurt a day as part of a reduced-calorie diet lost 22% more weight and 61% more body fat than those who simply cut calories and didn’t bone up on calcium. Yogurt eaters also lost 81% more fat in the stomach area than non-yogurt eaters.”
4) Eat your greens.
Cruciferous vegetables such as Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Bok Choy, Cabbage, Collard Greens, Rutabaga, Arugula (Rocket), Watercress, Radishes & Wasabi contain unique phytonutrients that help you in your fight to get rid of belly fat.
5) Reduce stress.
This is a tough one, but medical research shows that increased stress levels play havoc with your hormones. And if your hormones are out of whack, you tend to have unhealthy cravings.
