Motivation To Lose Weight | Flat Belly Diet | Day 85

I have been searching FOR YEARS to find the ultimate Flat Belly Diet.

But nothing worked!

Eventually I just stopped searching, stopped dieting, stopped being down on myself … and just got on with eating right and exercising. And then something miraculous happened … I got a flat belly.

Want to know how I did it? Read on …

Here’s my Flat Belly Diet.

1) Don’t eat 3 hours before bedtime.

Your body needs time to digest it’s food. If you eat too late at night you’re putting too much stress on your digestive system and not giving it a chance to work right.

2) Speed up your metabolism.

By adding spices such as cinnamon, chili and cayenne pepper to your foods, you are naturally stoking your furnace.

3) Eat low-fat natural yogurt.

Adding low-fat natural yogurt to your diet has been proven in clinical studies to get rid of belly fat.

According to WebMD Health News, “adding yogurt to your diet may rev up your body’s fat-burning engines, speed weight loss, and trim your tummy … Researchers found that obese adults who ate three servings of fat-free yogurt a day as part of a reduced-calorie diet lost 22% more weight and 61% more body fat than those who simply cut calories and didn’t bone up on calcium. Yogurt eaters also lost 81% more fat in the stomach area than non-yogurt eaters.”

4) Eat your greens.

Cruciferous vegetables such as Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Bok Choy, Cabbage, Collard Greens, Rutabaga, Arugula (Rocket), Watercress, Radishes & Wasabi contain unique phytonutrients that help you in your fight to get rid of belly fat.

5) Reduce stress.

This is a tough one, but medical research shows that increased stress levels play havoc with your hormones. And if your hormones are out of whack, you tend to have unhealthy cravings.

This is all I have done to get these results.

  1. Wow… you were able to look that good without even dieting?! These are some great strategies i will begin trying tomorrow… since… well, I just finished eating a large snack and am due for bed in about an hour :/ lol

  2. Hi Glynis : )
It’s all good … tomorrow night try snacking on natural yogurt, honey and chopped walnuts. You’ll feel really naughty … but it’s super for getting a flat belly!
I’ve eaten it every night for 90 days!
And thank you for the compliment. It will take me a while to get used to that.
    Chat soon!

  3. Great tips. I am in the process of trying to drop pounds and no matter what diet plan I’ve tried for the last 10 years, nothing works. I was even bulimic much of the time, which was the only thing that seemed to work, but way too unhealthy.

    1. Hi Lauren,
I know only too well how bulimia works. I thought it was the perfect way to lose weight too. It took me 10 years to break that destructive pattern. It was the most hellish time of my life!
I promise you, what I am about to release works!
I know it, because I’ve just done it.
I know the pitfalls and I know how to get you there.
Hang in there, all the answers are coming your way : )

  4. Hey! Great post! I need a flat belly and have tried everything; even tips from Dr. OZ! But nothing seems to work :(.

    1. Hi Hayley,
I totally vouch for broccoli and natural yogurt. I have eaten both nearly every day for 90 days and I can’t believe how flat my stomach is. PLUS I am a huge advocate for any core strengthening exercises. Do you like Yoga? This works well too.
Everything I’ve done for the past 90 days is about to be released … so stay tuned …
We’ll get you your flat belly! Promise : )

  5. Nice methods… I’m like most people.. struggling to get rid of my pouch. I’ve never heard of adding cinnamon or anything but I think I’ll try it! I love your blog so far! (New here)

    1. Thanks Terri : )
I put cinnamon on as many things as I can. It also controls your blood sugar levels so stops your cravings. Try to have at least a teaspoon a day. You can put it in your smoothies, on top of cappuccino’s, in your oatmeal … so many possibilities.
      Thanks for your feedback.

  6. I would like to get a flat stomach before September.4th , . I’m not sure what to eat, how many portions I should eat, and what type of diet I should be on. Also, what type of exercise I should be doing? Would doing 100 crunches in the morning and at night + jogging every morning and night help me achieve a flat stomach? If not, what exercises am I going to need to do? Thank you !

    1. Hi Precious,
So good to have you here.
You’ve set a very realistic goal which I applaud you for.
To be honest with you, losing belly fat is more about diet & cardio than it is crunches. Crunches will help strengthen your core, but your jogging and diet will be the major factors in seeing you get rid of belly fat.
Avoid all processed foods and eat as natural as you can.
3 meals a day with snacks in between is ideal.
Keep your eyes posted here as I’m about to reveal everything I did for the past 90 days to get these results.
      Thanks again for stopping by.

  7. Erica,
    Please help me.
I have been trying to get a flat belly for so long and nothing has worked so far. I am a vegetarian. 🙂 I am only 14 years old but I really want a flat belly before November 10th. Is it possible? My stomach isn’t so big, neither small. Its in the middle. I have been doing crunches but nothing has worked out. Please help? Thank you so much. 🙂

    1. Hi Supreedha,

So glad you reached out … can I assume that you have something special happening on November 10?

If so, you could look at eliminating water retention and adding cruciferous vegetables.

My personal favorite method for eliminating water retention is drinking Alfalfa Tea which is a natural diuretic and eating green vegetables for dinner.

Try and cut down on your salts, drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day and try and reduce any toxins in your diet.

Crunches alone unfortunately will not do the trick, but if you add in about 30 minutes of walking per day, with crunches and special attention to your diet, you’ll be amazing at how flat your belly can get.

Let me know how you go … and if you need more help just let me know : )

      Thinking of you!
