motivation to lose weightSometimes I feel ashamed at how weak I’ve been in the past and how I’ve failed at holding on to my motivation to lose weight.

Especially when I see heroic examples of those who have a motivation to lose weight that is so powerful that quitting is simply not an option. It never comes into the equation. And I think that’s one of the problems all of us who have ever failed at losing weight before experience. Our motivation to lose weight was never powerful enough for us in the beginning.

So what can you find in your life that is a compelling enough reason to lose weight and keep it off forever?

Have you really searched your soul and worked out what would keep you going through the ups and the downs? We all experience them. But what we do in that moment of crisis defines us. And if we choose to weaken and lose our motivation to lose weight, then it wasn’t the right motivation in the first place.
