Motivation to lose weight comes in all different shapes and sizes.

For some of us our motivation to lose weight might be for health reasons. For others our motivation to lose weight might be for vanity purposes. ¬†For others still our motivation to lose weight might be for more personal reasons … but no matter what your motivation to lose weight, at some point you’re going to have to educate yourself on health and wellness.

For me it’s been a lifelong pursuit, and I have failed for 33 years.motivation to lose weight

But this year is different. This year I have said, “NO MORE!”

No more excuses.

No more whinging and whining.

No more blaming.

No more BS.

This year I am going to lose the 50lbs that have plagued me for the past 33 years, and I am doing it without dieting, without weighing myself and without measuring myself.

And when I do, I will share all my secrets with you.

If you’re reading this and you’re sitting there thinking that you can’t lose weight, I’m about to prove to you that you can. If I can, then anyone can. I have failed at losing weight all my life.
