motivation to lose weightI have found through the course of my journey that the only thing stopping me from truly realizing my dreams of being slim was my motivation to lose weight. I’d never really had one before.

Sure, I had willpower, and determination and strength … but I had no motivation. I had no compelling reason to lose weight. Sure I wanted to … but when it all got too tough and I felt weak, I had nothing to fall back on.

And that has been the only thing I have been missing my entire life … and overwhelming, invincible motivation to lose weight.

I can’t stress how important it is for you to find your motivation to lose weight. If you sincerely want to lose weight you must find a compelling reason to do so.

Here are a few ideas to help you find your motivation to lose weight:

  • You want to lose weight so that you can attract love into your life
  • You want to lose weight in order to get the courage to go after your passions
  • You want to lose weight in order to go for a job or a career you have your heart set on
  • You want to lose weight so you can enjoy traveling to an exotic location
  • You want to lose weight so that you can just look drop dead gorgeous!

Dear Erica Jean, I am currently a day 44 girl on my 90 day challenge. It has been quite a journey but well worth every morsel of extra food I do not put into my mouth, and every effort I make to fit some fitness in, to simply feel good about myself. Discarding the scales and tape measure works. The size 14 jeans were snug when I started and are now loose. The size 12’s are still hanging in the closet, and do fit, but like the 14’s when I started out, still a tad snug.
The daily emails are inspiring, supportive and act as a constant reminder, keeping me on track. Paradoxically it is no longer about losing the pounds, it is now about ‘feeling good’ and stoking the engine with delicious and nutricious food.
I just wanted to say thank you very much.

WOW – do you realize you are one day away from the 50% mark???
I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear that the jeans are looser & MOST IMPORTANTLY you are ‘feeling good!’
Coz here’s the thing … if YOU FEEL GOOD … you’re going to treat yourself well aren’t you?
You’ve made a massive paradigm shift haven’t you???
All I can say is this, you’re going to look HOT on that surfboard! Is that Your Motivation To Lose Weight ???
