I’ve had so many people reach out to me lately saying, “I get that I need to eat healthy but it’s so complicated.”
It’s really not … you just have to use your imagination.
Yesterday I was sick of cooking chicken. So I went out and bought some fish, coriander (cilantro) and ginger and created a new recipe I’ve now called “Fabulously Phat Fast Food Fish.”
I am not a great cook, I hate recipe books, and I can’t stand anything that’s not simple. So I play with food and I play with ingredients. And let me tell you, last night’s dinner was orgasmic! I’m serious … my mouth was dancing with excitement. If you think fish is boring … you need to try “Fabulously Phat Fast Food Fish.”
Could that be any easier? Pair it with spinach, broccoli or cauliflower and you have an incredibly economical, delicious and yet oh so simple fish dinner.
