Motivation To Lose Weight | It Only Costs $141,037 To Look Like Jennifer Aniston | Day 54 of 90 Day Challenge

jennifer anistonJennifer Aniston is adorable, don’t get me wrong!

But seriously, does it really cost $141,037  a year to look like Jen?

I had to check this out for myself … here’s the goss on Jennifer Aniston.

WOW! But I guess it’s all relative right. When Jennifer Aniston was making $1 million per episode with Friends, what’s $141,037 a year to look this good?

But does that mean the rest of us can’t look this good if we don’t have money? Not at all.

What I loved about reading this article was to see that Jennifer Aniston favors simple inexpensive beauty products (forget the Red Carpet Goody Bag) and hair care products.

Where the bills start racking up is the weekly visits to the nutritionist, the $1,000 hair do’s and the $900/week fitness costs. But what caught my attention most was this:

“When I started doing yoga with Mandy, I noticed many things. My legs getting leaner. My arms getting stronger, and most importantly, I noticed an inner strength. … I feel like I am getting a meditation, a workout, and time with my friend, all rolled into one hour.” ~ Jennifer Aniston

Now you already know how I feel about yoga for weight loss. It works, and you can have Jennifer Aniston‘s yoga teacher in your home every day for just $14.95. Mandy Ingber has her own DVD’s. Look into it if that’s a path you’d like to pursue.

And how about Jennifer Aniston’s nutrition? Do you really think you need to spend nearly $1,000 per week on food and counseling? No. You have all the advice you need right here at your fingertips.

Health and wellness comes from within. It has everything to do with the way you think about your body and the way you treat your body.

Every day I see beautiful girls walking down the street who have that Jennifer Aniston “girl next door” freshness. Do they spend thousands of dollars to get that glow? I doubt it. It comes from within, naturally.

Eat well, sleep well, do an exercise you enjoy and I promise you, you WILL get in the best shape of your life.

And as always, it will come down to how deeply committed you are to your motivation to lose weight. How bad do you want it? How much meaning does it hold for you? What are you prepared to do to achieve your goals? What are you prepared to change and give up in order to get into the best shape of your life?

Only you can answer these questions.

Good luck on your journey.

P.S. If you have any questions of your own, feel free to leave me a comment or if you just want to shoot the breeze about Jen you can do that too : )
